Bois du Jorat

Begin your day gently, breathing in the fresh morning air and soaking up the serenity of nature.
Let me guide you through a peaceful walk in the heart of the enchanting Jorat Forest. As we wander along shaded paths toward a quiet pond, you’ll have the chance to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your senses. Listen to the rustling leaves, take in the subtle forest scents, and open your eyes to the wonders of local wildlife.
Perhaps, hidden beneath a lily pad or perched on a branch, a frog or a squirrel will make a shy appearance.
You’ll leave the woods feeling recharged, grounded, and filled with the quiet energy of the forest.
The trail is mostly flat and suitable for people with reduced mobility (a drop-off at the pond by bus can also be arranged if needed).

For your second visit, I will take you just a little further to discover an artisanal cosmetics workshop.
There, you’ll attend a special demonstration of how a natural product from “DeLys d’Eden” is made—designed especially for you by Mélanie, the founder.
Take this opportunity to engage with her in an intimate setting, and let yourself be inspired by her passion and her desire to lead by example. She’ll show you that “business” and “conscience” can go hand in hand—and that doing good can feel just as good.

Chez Léonore Graffe

To begin the afternoon, we’ll head to Lausanne to meet Léonore — a passionate and captivating woman who will share the story of weaving, an ancient craft that nearly vanished from Switzerland.
Driven by a deep desire to pass on this knowledge, Léonore is also a dedicated teacher. She owns small handlooms, which she will generously make available to you for this special occasion — so you can quite literally get your hands on the threads!
Take advantage of this unique opportunity to try your hand at traditional weaving!

La Ferme de Pré Martin

To end the day on a high note, we’ll head back toward Geneva, with one final stop at Pré Martin Farm for a visit and tasting of their farm products.
This forward-thinking farm is deeply aware of the environmental impact of its production methods. They grow vegetables and raise “ProSpecieRara” animals — rare heritage breeds that are at risk of disappearing — using a mixed farming system that allows them to close most of their internal nutrient cycles.

There, you’ll meet happy woolly pigs roaming freely in spacious areas, and sociable "mirror sheep" perfectly at ease in their (sheep) skin. Take a moment to witness the touching bond the shepherd has developed by caring for them with respect and kindness.

You’ll also discover how they produce their own flour using their in-house mill, as well as their craft brewery. They also make their own fruit juice.
To promote local access to these high-quality products, the farm helped establish a cooperative of nearby producers, just a short distance away. You'll find “a bit of everything”: vegetables, meat (including Black Angus and Highland beef), cheese, bread, natural cosmetics, and handmade goods — such as beeswax products, wooden candle holders, pepper mills, and more.

Perched high above the region, the farm offers sweeping views over the Vaud landscape, with Geneva’s iconic water fountain (Jet d’Eau) visible in the distance — a perfect spot for capturing beautiful end-of-day photos bathed in golden sunlight
